Our ten year old C-30 flashed a spooky message "Get to a service center ASAP!" or something like that. Independent Volvo correctly determined that, of several possible conditions, the fuel pressure transmitter had gone out. They replaced it and had us back on the road for not much more than the diagnostics would have been at the dealer fifty miles further south. Happy outcome!
