Kevin and his team are extremely helpful, friendly, and informative with the solutions in resolving the problems that used to occur and the problems caused by other mechanics. Initially, the coolant leaked and it was misdiagnosed twice where Vikings found that it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. The other mechanics messed up my car and it would not start where Vikings resolved the problem. I am so thankful I found Viking to fix my Audi.
