I liked that it felt like a professional environment and the mechanic spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, but $160 to check out my car, $150 for an oil change and then another $70 to clear the codes they found with no additional work on them is outrageous. I even tried to explain some different things they could try to resolve a couple of the issues (air bag sensor, grill shutters, EVAP, sun visor clip) and I would have paid for the labor for them to do so and they turned me down and suggested I go to the Ford dealership which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. $400 is way too much for what I got and I still need service... I won't be going back

It was my first time there, but it certainly won't be my last. From the front desk, to Doc, everyone was patient and courteous. Everything was explained to me so that I could make educated decision. The place is clean and welcoming and most of all honest and fair.

My experience with Viking Automotive was excellent. Prompt service and I was provided with a clear explanation of what my car needed. I recommend Viking to anyone interested in an honest, straightforward business.

Googled Asian import mechanics and Viking Auto was one of the choices. Being very highly rated drove me to their website. Looked extremely professional, liked what I read about Christian based, fair priced and family owned. And it’s less than 5 minutes from my house. So I called to see how much a 60K mile service would be on my 06 Miata. Laura was super helpful and polite. She stated they needed my VIN # to most accurately determine recommended service. Gave my information then got an email listing everything that should be done. Each service item had a complete explanation of what would be done and gave me a choice to accept or decline. Super impressed and I had t personally met anyone yet. Set the appointment, went in and met Kevin. Very nice waiting area with coffee, pop and pastries. Met Kevin very nice and polite. Everything I experienced exceeded my expectations and would recommend them to anyone!
