The most elegant car shop I've ever been to! Fully stocked waiting area with comfortable chairs, snacks and drinks, sparkling clean bathrooms with all the extras, like you're in a spa! Customer service was top notch, when I first settled in I thought 2 guys were chatting about cars, turns out one was the technician. He was personable and thorough and I got the same attentive service when it was my turn. He went over what they did and what they noted (I came in for an oil change and to look over a car I had bought a month earlier). He reassured me that we'd made a wise purchase (whew!) & to my delight told me it just needed some routine maintenance and even showed me pictures of my own vehicle! It had been raining when I was getting ready to leave so they pulled it up close to keep me dry and send me on my way. I can't say enough good things about Viking - we have found our car people!
