My Lexus GX 470 was worked on exactly at my scheduled appointment time and the tech was efficient and thorough. Viking identified a couple of relatively minor things that should be taken care of on a future maintenance visit, and gave very reasonable cost estimates for them. The staff from reception to finished vehicle delivery are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I also appreciated the first class waiting area.
