Viking is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever brought any car during my whole life. I bought a brand new Porsche Boxter in 2000 and still have it with only 20 thousand miles. It has been garage kept my biggest flaw is not driving it but I love it. It is part of the family we have all grown attached to the car. I had multiple issues come up during the past year took it to multiple shops in Vero they were not able to fix or did a poor job. My Barber who loves cars recommended Viking and he hit a home run with the bases loaded aka grand slam. Kevin at Viking is like a best friend and a top notch surgeon working on your car. Rhonda is a guardian angel who treats every customer like a VIP. I could go on but I will leave it at this 3 things in life are certain death, taxes, and all my Cars will go to Viking everyday and twice on Sunday. Viking Automative is the best Auto Repair shop I have visited in my lifetime. Kevin, & Rhonda go the extra mile to exceed expectations. Having Moved to Vero from Palm Beach it was my goal to find the best place for my Porsche for complete care. I tried multiple shops in Vero who came up short. Viking on the other hand who was recommend by my Barber who has been in Vero since Christopher Columbus landed in the US and has a passion for cars suggested Viking. Having owned this Porsche longer than anything in my lifetime it has more sentimental value than any Car I have ever owned. The day I brought my Car to Viking from the time I walked in the door until I left they treated me like a VIP. They also exceed exceptions doing repairs that no one else in Vero could do to perfection. They are extremely fair have amazing integrity, know there stuff do all the little things great companies and amazing people do. Every single car I own will go to Viking everyday and twice on Sunday. Came in recently for a tune up along with a few other possible issues. Marcy was my service provider and she was extremely patient and helpful with all my 1001 questions. She took the time to carefully explain everything and I really appreciate that she went above and beyond addressing all of my concerns and giving me honest advice. the whole staff is super friendly and supportive, and I just loveeee that it’s a dog friendly vibe in there!! Such a breath of fresh air going to a professional establishment and not feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Front desk was very kind and helpful for scheduling. The manager talked me through everything needed for repairs and even gave me helpful preventive maintenance measures to take moving forward.
