Andreas stayed in touch and communicated about the issues with my vehicle. I had taken my truck to 3 different shops including chevy itself to fix the issue but none of them could figure out what was wrong and left it for a week at a time at each. I left it for one night at viking and my issue was taken care of. They send you pictures and videos to show exactly what they are diagnosing and changing. Very professional

Did exactly what they said they would. No " surprise " costs. Very professional. Waiting area is so nice. Coffee, beverages, magazines, TV if you want and free Wi-Fi. Very comfortable. The cleanest restroom I've ever seen. LOL I'll be going back as necessary. Great find...
